Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Electronics
• Position Title: Administrator
• Working Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang
• Working Hours: 5 days; Mon - Thu (8.30am - 6pm), Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties, including attend to phone calls.
• Organize and distribute incoming emails, letters and packages.
• Assist in supporting and resolving basic IT issues (e.g. software usage, email
• settings, user training, etc).
• Processing of Purchase Requisition and issuance of Purchase Order.
• Booking of Customers' Purchase Order and triggering Finance for invoicing.
• Processing of Internal Billing.
• Assisting Logistics in the preparation of shipping documents, including sourcing and
• liaising with freight forwarders.
• Liaise and negotiate with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
• Sourcing and managing the printing of office supplies (e.g. Name Cards, Envelopes,
• Calendars, etc)
• Managing and processing staff travel requests and overtime claims.
• Assist in Insurance Claims submission.
• Maintain an online filing system.
• Supporting the Finance and Marketing teams as needed.

• At least 2 years of work experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills and multitasking abilities.
