Purpose of Position : to be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of organizing and managing QA Department (Process Quality, QMS, Laboratory, halal compliance) to ensure quality of products comply with legal requirements and meet customers expectation.

Duties & Responsibilities:-

• Organize and manage the QA Dept to ensure that quality of product comply
• Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Ensure the incoming raw materials meet the required quality standards
• Ensure the finished goods achieve the required quality standards during and after production run
• Review quality reports & microbiological results of raw materials and finished products
• Conduct plant inspection to ensure compliance to SOP
• Co-ordinate and communicate with local authorities on compliance
• Responsible for the Plant HACCP, GMP and Halal Certification / Export countries requirements and FSSC
• Troubleshoot product quality issues and investigate trade complaints.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to QMS / FSMS
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings while maintaining product safety and quality
• Budgeting and resource allocation for quality-related activities
• Liase with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and regulatory
• Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of suppliers
• Handle ad-hoc task and projects as assigned by management or required by the business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
