Jawatan Kosong Interior Designer

We are looking for a Designer to join us!

• 5.5 DAYS WORK PER WEEK
• Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30, Saturday 08:30 - 13:00
• Benefits: Annual leave, Medical Leave, Medical Claim, EPF, SOSCO, EIS, Annual Bonus, Annual Increment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare drawing proposal for project sales & marketing team (JB & KL) and assist branding & marketing department, retail & dealer (as instructed by H.O.D.)
• Perform overall quality control of work (schedule & plans) and report daily on project on-hand progress to superior.
• Daily interaction with other team members and work closely with superior to report any problem and get solutions for necessary drawing improvements action.
• Prepare designers KPI report by monthly basis.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project marketing to speed up drawing process to fulfill customer deadline.
• Ensure communicate well with SMP to start drawing correctly and timely complete to meet customer expectations.
• Help SMP to prepare labelling/ laminating/ material preparation for submission.
• Efficient revised drawing as per commented by customer by taking prompt action.
• Update & Upload new tiles poster in “Tile images - Google’s Drive” timely.
• All other task instructed by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degrees in architectural or industrial design.
• Software skills - Adobe Illustrator / Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Premier Pro / AutoCAD / Sketch up / 3ds Max / Enscape / Lumion / Shapespark / Revit / Vray. / Microsoft Office.
• Relevant working experience.
• Confidence – to create a new design as per experience in field.
• Provide assistance in project design and development activities based on customer requirements.
• Develop design documentations, technical specifications and other project related documentations as needed.
• Work with design team in prioritizing, planning and executing several projects efficiently.
• Work and discuss with Project Marketing Manager in developing project plan, design and schedule of tiles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – teamwork, responsibility, dependability, flexibility, patience.
• Motivation & leadership.
• Work as team work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
