Jawatan Kosong Director’s PA Personal Assistant in Kuching

Job Description:

• To manage, assist and administer the Director's calendar and all types of appointments and able to screen types of appointments.

➢ To coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and writing and circulation of meeting minutes.

➢ To assist Director with all confidential correspondence and documentation

➢ To manage and administer travel arrangements and itinerary planning

➢ To act as a gatekeeper and manage communications on behalf of the Director prior any arrangment of meeting discussion.

➢ To assist and administer all types of project coordination and follow up on action with itemise detail for Director decision making.

➢ To manage office supplies and other adminisommunicate with senior executive (C’s executive)

• Taking minutes during business meeting
• Greeting guests and visitors

Preferred Skills & Requirements

• Able to work independently and multi-task
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate and familiar with the Microsoft Office application
• Organized, good working attitude and pleasant personality
