Job Summary

We are urgently looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at our manufacturing factory in Nilai. If you enjoy interacting with customers, handling service requests, and coordinating with internal teams, this role is for you. Candidates who can start immediately or on short notice will be given priority.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Attend to walk-in customers for product servicing and repair enquiries
• Record and key in service/repair requests into the CRM system (Caction)
• Coordinate closely with Production and Service Technician teams on job status and scheduling
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on approvals and payments
• Update customers on job progress and arrange product collection
• Ensure all job tickets are properly closed upon completion and payment
• Handle ordering of products, spare parts, and replacement components
• Job in administration focused on servicing and repairing records.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any relevant field
• 2–3 years of customer service or admin experience
• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Positive attitude and willing to work in a factory environment

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: RM2,200 – RM2,800 (based on experience)
• 5-day working (Monday to Friday)
• Training provided (no experience in the system required)
