• Able to service and repair PC, including basic software installations
• Able to troubleshoot networking problems, i.e., printer, PCs, and maintenance Services
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners at customers premises
• Providing technical support, including system analysis, troubleshooting and diagnoses to customers at customers' premises
• Flexible in work timing
• Handle Ad Hoc tasks from time to time
