Ringkasan kerja Mekanik:-
Melaksanakan penyelenggaraan dan baik pulih pada kenderaan dan peralatan.
Tugas dan tanggungjawab:-
1. Melakukan penyelenggaraan dan baik pulih kenderaan seperti penambahan dan penukaran minyak enjin, memeriksa tayar dan brek, menggantikan spark plugs dan pemeriksaan asas 14 point kenderaan, serta terlibat dalam tugas lain yang serupa.
2. Memeriksa sistem elektrik dan juga pendawaian seperti menggantikan bateri, starter, altenator dan lain-lain.
3. Memandu uji kenderaan untuk memastikan kenderaan telah siap diselenggara atau baik pulih berada di dalam keadaan yang optimum.
4. Membersihkan kedai dan mengembalikan alatan ke tempat yang sepatutnya.
5. Menyelenggara inventori alat ganti dan peralatan.
6. Memeriksa perkakasan dan peralatan untuk memastikan ia berfungsi dan tidak rosak.
Kemahiran/kebolehan yang diperlukan:-
1. Pengetahuan membaiki dan menyelenggara kenderaan.
2. Kemahiran mekanikal dan elektrikal yang sangat baik.
3. Keupayaan untuk mengikut arahan.
4. Kebolehan menggunakan power tools dan alatan tangan.
5. Kemahiran analisis dan penyelesaian masalah yang sangat baik.
6. Keupayaan membaca manual servis dan baik pulih.
7. Keupayaan untuk menyelesaikan tugasan yang diberikan tepat pada masanya.
8. Boleh bekerja berkumpulan.
9. Boleh bekerja di bawah pengawasan yang minima.
