REQUIREMENTS

• To handle administrative task for admin and operation, prepare sales quotation, proforma invoice, follow up letter of undertaking from bank, & follow up customer loan status
• To prepare & ensure all the documentation for Puspakom inspection are completed before submit to HOD for inspection booking
• To prepare & ensure all Puspakom, LPKP, & JPJ documentation are complete before give to client
• To prepare unit equipment inter-branch transfer documentation such as to issue delivery order, despatch note, take photo before delivery, to request HQ to purchase inland insurance (if require)
• To monitor and daily checking staff attendance lateness and absent, to update & remarks staff leave in attendance system log, email attendance report every payroll cut off day & early of the new month to HQ Human Resources Department without any delay
• Weekly check security report and report any habitual lateless or missed patrol occurred & montly prepare security overtime claim & email to HR department before payroll cut off day
• Any other works and duties as required and assigned by the company from time to time
• Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
