Job description

Working Hours : On shift

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image at all times
• Approach customers proactively and understand their needs to recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets set by the company
• Maintain proper product display, merchandising, and store cleanliness
• Ensure stock availability on the sales floor and assist with replenishment
• Provide accurate product knowledge (features, sizing, promotions, etc.)
• Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service
• Support stock take, inventory control, and daily store operations
• Follow company SOPs and participate in daily briefings

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Prior retail or sales experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a positive and proactive attitude
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
