JOB DETAILS

Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Kota Bharu, Kelantan
Benefits: Basic salary RM3,500 – RM4,000, unlimited commission, EPF, SOCSO, health insurance
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sunday – Thursday)
Requirements: Minimum Degree with at least 3 years of experience in marketing

Job Scope:

• Plan and execute the company’s marketing strategies (online & offline).
• Manage and monitor marketing campaigns including digital ads, social media, and promotional activities.
• Analyze marketing performance and prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
• Lead and guide the marketing team to achieve assigned KPIs.
• Develop and strengthen the company’s brand presence in the market.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve customer conversion rates.
• Oversee the production of consistent and high-quality marketing content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Bahasa (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
