Be Part of a Team That Powers Operational Excellence

We are looking for a committed and technically competent Machinery Executive to oversee the maintenance and performance of machinery across our mill and estate operations.

This role plays a key part in ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and timely reporting for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all machinery and equipment in the mill and estate, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor machinery condition and troubleshoot breakdowns efficiently.
• Coordinate with estate and mill teams, as well as external vendors, for repairs and servicing.
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
• Prepare and submit monthly machinery performance and maintenance reports, including analysis of breakdowns, costs, and improvement actions.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and machinery upgrades.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in plantation, palm oil mill, or heavy machinery environment.
• Strong knowledge of mill and estate machinery systems (e.g., tractors, heavy equipment).
• Good analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for reporting and analysis.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
