Jawatan Kosong Project Manager Construction in Johor Bahru

Our client is a renowned construction company with over 20 years of experience in the industry, specializing in building, residential and sewerage construction. They have collaborated with numerous renowned developers, such as EcoWorld, Crescendo, and Country View, in Johor. They are currently seeking a dynamic Quantity Surveyor for a managerial position.

Responsibilities:

• Organize project activities at side to ensure quality work.
• To organize and coordinate the work of sub contraction and staff.
• Ensure inspection of work is carried out to ensure quality work.
• Ensure the material equipment, machinery & tools are available for daily work.
• Ensure the progress of work completion as per scheduled.
• Check and resolve discrepancies between structure and architecture drawings and other information required pertaining to the construction detail
• ​ Undertake any tasks assigned by General Manager.

Requirements:

• Candidates possess at least Diploma, Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Candidates without similar qualifications but with related working experience will be considered.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in building construction.
• With Strong communication skills and execution abilities.
• Required language(s): Mandarin(Required),Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Full-Time position(s) available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
