Jawatan Kosong HUMAN RESOURCE RESTORANT in Melaka

Tokmer Global Sdn. Bhd. telah menjalankan perniagaan dalam industri F&B lebih daripada 3 tahun dan kini mempunyai 3 cawangan di Melaka, Malaysia di bawah jenama Tokmer Yong Tau Foo.

Lokasi HQ Tokmer : Plaza Semabok, Melaka.

Tanggungjawab Utama :

• Pengurusan Sumber Manusia
• Menyediakan dan menguruskan fail pekerja (rekod peribadi, kontrak, cuti, dan lain-lain).
• Mengendalikan proses pengambilan pekerja baharu (iklan jawatan, temuduga, onboarding).
• Menguruskan latihan staf dan penilaian prestasi pekerja.
• Menyediakan laporan kehadiran dan rekod cuti pekerja.
• Gaji & Pampasan
• Menyediakan pengiraan gaji, elaun, dan tuntutan staf.
• Menguruskan KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, dan PCB pekerja setiap bulan.
• Menyelesaikan sebarang isu berkaitan gaji dan manfaat pekerja.
• Pemantauan & Pematuhan
• Memastikan pematuhan kepada Akta Buruh dan undang-undang berkaitan.
• Mengemaskini polisi syarikat dan memastikan pekerja mematuhinya.
• Menyelesaikan isu disiplin staf dan mengambil tindakan jika perlu.
• Penyelarasan Operasi
• Memastikan staf mencukupi dan teratur di setiap cawangan.
• Menguruskan jadual kerja dan shift pekerja.
• Menjadi penghubung antara pekerja dan pengurusan dalam sebarang isu HR.
• Hal Ehwal Staf & Kebajikan
• Menangani aduan pekerja dan mencari penyelesaian terbaik.
• Menggalakkan budaya kerja yang positif dan produktif.
• Merancang aktiviti untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja staf.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
