The Role

As a HR / Recruitment Admin Executive, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

Internal Talent Acquisition

  • Sourcing and Screening: Implement sourcing strategies, including initial screenings, interviews, and assessments, to attract relevant talent for various roles within the organization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with talent partners to facilitate HR events such as career fairs and implement talent and internship programs.
  • Onboarding and Training: Conduct the onboarding process and training program for new joiners, ensuring they have a seamless start.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide recruitment guidance and operating instructions to new joiners and recruitment associates, helping them integrate smoothly into their roles.

Recruitment Admin and Operations

  • Event Planning: Plan and execute recruitment drives and HR event preparation and operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on recruiters, screened candidates, background checks, and other necessary paperwork to ensure compliance with requirements and company standards.
  • Client Support: Serve as a subject matter expert on client roles to guide and support the recruitment team in addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Coordination: Assist in consolidating documents and coordinating client processes to ensure clear alignment between clients and the recruitment team before presenting candidate shortlists for review and feedback.

Internal Administration

  • Platform Management: Assist in managing recruitment platforms among the recruitment team.
  • Data Accuracy: Enhance data accuracy of client data and recruiters’ sales records and updates on the CRM platform.
  • Event Collaboration: Collaborate with management for smooth operations and preparation for marketing, internal, and external events.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor to support the team’s needs.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Resourceful problem solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High adaptability and initiative within a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
