Jawatan Kosong ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE in Klang

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable & Receivable:
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments from customers.
• Liaise with vendors and clients to resolve any invoicing discrepancies or issues.
• Bank Reconciliation & Cash Management:
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Manage cash flow and prepare reports on cash position.
• General Ledger & Journal Entries:
• Assist in maintaining accurate general ledger entries, including preparing journal vouchers and supporting documentation.
• Ensure all transactions are properly classified according to company policies.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports for analysis and decision-making.
• Taxation & Compliance:
• Assist with the preparation of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns and other regulatory filings.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Audit & Internal Controls:
• Support external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard the company’s financial assets.
• Documentation & Record-Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring proper documentation and filing for future reference.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining financial documents and contracts.
• Support Management:
• Provide financial data and reports to senior management for decision-making.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations across the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,391.29 - RM3,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
