Jawatan Kosong ACCOUNT ASSISTANT in Kuching

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an organize and dedicated Account Assistant (AR) to join our Account Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing account transactions related to account receivable. They work closely with the accounting team and contribute to the smooth functioning of account operations. Here are the key responsibilities and skills associated with this position:

The Job

• The AR Assistant processes and verifies credit card receipts for goods sold. They ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Spot and resolve discrepancies in accounts, ensuring that records are accurate.
• Preparing account and finance reports on time.
• The AR Assistant prepares reports and statements related to accounts receivable.
• Undertaking project or ad hoc job when as required from time to time.

Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma in Accounting or with relevant working experience in retail commercial line.
• Keen eye for details and meticulous in data processing.
• Multi-lingual, hardworking, good initiative and positive attitudes.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Knowledge in SQL Accounting software would be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Excel Pivot: 2 years (Preferred)
• accounting: 2 years (Required)
• SQL accounting: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Required)
