POSITION

Job Title: Service Engineer

Location: Malaysia - Selangor

Contract type: Permanent

Business Line: Providing the most extensive product and service portfolios, where the airfield, apron, tower and terminal are the foundation for fully integrated solutions to support airport development and optimize operational procedures.

The opportunity

• To deliver highest quality technical services to the customers by providing timely solutions and responsive support.
• To enhance After-Sales customer experience via good communication and customer care program.

You will make an impact by

• Responsible for the correct installation, supervision, testing & commissioning, operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of ADB Safegate equipment and systems
• Perform in depth troubleshooting of products and systems issues.
• Proactive communication with customers for services and support
• Provide products and systems training both internally and to our customers
• Work closely with internal departments of ADB Safegate by providing technical support and solutions, e.g. site surveys, technical customer queries, etc.

Experience

• Minimum 2 year of experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Automation Technology, PLC and WinCC
• Good knowledge of Windows Server Domain Controller
• Good knowledge of Network and Communication Technology using TCP/IP and Field Bus
• Good knowledge of International safety rules and regulations
• Good knowledge of Aviation Rules and regulations: ICAO, FAA and STANAG is an added advantage

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or related degree
• 
  Possession of a valid driver’s license.

IT-skills

• Working knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office Suites
• 
  Programming knowledge (WinCC, C, or equivalent)

Languages

• English proficiency is a must
