Jawatan Kosong Retail Operations & Admin Assistant in Cyberjaya

We are a growing Malaysian retail brand in the beauty and personal care space, looking for a Retail Operations & Admin Assistant to support daily operations, with a strong focus on retail stock management and store support.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently while dealing professionally with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels across retail stores and distributors
• Visit retail stores and factory locations deliver stock, arrange inventory, and check displays
• Build and maintain good working relationships with retail staff and store managers
• Track inventory movement and update the internal team regularly
• Handle daily order fulfilment, including packing customer orders for courier pickup
• Coordinate with courier companies for pickups and deliveries
• Respond to basic customer and retailer enquiries via email or chat
• Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Office-based in Cyberjaya, with regular travel to retail stores

Requirements

• Must have own car and be willing to travel to retail stores
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities on the ground
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
• Friendly, professional, and confident when dealing with retailers
• Prior experience in retail, admin, or operations is a bonus but not required

Salary & Benefits

• RM2,000 monthly basic salary
• Transport allowance for work-related travel
• Parking allowance for store visits
• EPF & SOCSO contributions
