Jawatan Kosong Commissioning Manager Power Plant in Labuan

Description

• Develop and implement commissioning plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, and construction teams.
• Ensure that all commissioning activities are aligned with project milestones and deadlines.
• Oversee the commissioning process, including testing, troubleshooting, and validating all systems and equipment.
• Lead the commissioning team and manage subcontractors involved in commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards during commissioning.
• Prepare detailed commissioning reports and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of commissioning activities, test results, and modifications.
• Report on progress, issues, and resolutions to senior management.
• Ensure all equipment and systems meet design specifications and performance criteria.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
• Identify and address any deficiencies or non-conformances.
• Provide training to operations staff on new systems and equipment.
• Develop and deliver training materials and programs.
• Ensure a smooth handover of the plant to the operations team upon completion of commissioning.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all commissioning activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in power plant commissioning or a related field.
• Strong understanding of power plant systems, including electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and reporting.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Labuan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
