• Menyusun jadual pekerja dan memastikan projek berjalan mengikut 'timeline' yang ditetapkan.
• Menangani sebarang kelewatan dan membuat penyesuaian jadual.
• Memastikan semua kerja mematuhi piawaian keselamatan kualiti.
• Melakukan pemeriksaan berkala di tapak bina.
• Berhubung dengan pelanggan dan pihak berkepentingan lain.
• Memberi laporan kemajuan secara berkala.
• Mengatasi sebarang isu yang timbul di tapak bina.
• Menyelesaikan pertikaian yang mungkin berlaku antara pihak berkepentingan.
