Jawatan Kosong Retail Floor Executive Kuala Terengganu in Kuala Terengganu

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational activities on selling floor which includes staff and promoters providing the appropriate service standards to customers, shopping environment and customer’s facilities.
• Supervise staff and promoters’ manpower coverage, discipline and conduct are in accordance to the Company’s policies and regulations.
• Lead and manage the retail team in delivering exceptional customer service and meet sales target.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and make recommendation on sales performance improvements.
• Manage and coordinate promotional events, manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stocks levels are maintain, minimize stock losses and merchandise displays are proper and visually appealing and sufficient throughout the day.
• Consolidate and provide sales reports to the Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Retail Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity in retail business, Department Store experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with positive attitude and good problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work well with all levels of staff.
• Good Microsoft office and administrative skills with ability to generate reports accurately and timely.
• Good command of language both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• The successful candidate needs to undergo training in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
