Jawatan Kosong Construction Manager Power Plant in Labuan

Description

• Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, and other relevant teams.
• Ensure that all construction activities are aligned with project milestones and deadlines.
• Oversee all on-site construction activities, including civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
• Manage and supervise the construction team, including subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards during construction.
• Allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor resource utilization to ensure efficient and effective use.
• Address any resource-related issues or shortages promptly.
• Ensure all construction work meets design specifications and quality standards.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deficiencies or non-conformances.
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including progress reports, daily logs, and inspection records.
• Prepare detailed construction reports and documentation.
• Report on progress, issues, and resolutions to senior management.
• Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, regulatory authorities, and community representatives.
• Address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved in the project.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in power plant projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and reporting.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Labuan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
