ORIENTAL COFFEE INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD Job Vacancies Jun 2026

Job Description:

• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant premises.
• Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and other food preparation items promptly and efficiently.
• Sweep, mop, and clean dining areas, kitchen areas, storage rooms, and other designated spaces.
• Empty and dispose of rubbish and waste materials according to company procedures.
• Ensure rubbish bins are cleaned and fitted with replacement liners when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of sinks and common areas at all times.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and inform supervisors when stock levels are low.
• Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
• Assist with basic cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and tools are properly stored after use.
• Support restaurant operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Work Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
• Ability to handle dishwashing and cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and workplace safety practices is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in Malay and basic English.
