Team Introduction
The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.

Job Descriptions

• Have a deep understanding of payment products, including payin, withdrawal, refund and payment method binding products, and able to act as the escalation point for complicated payment inquiries by providing professional and effective resolutions.
• Quality check on inquiries resolved by operation specialists, and able to help team members and the overall team to achieve quality goals.
• Assist with SLAs management to ensure our SLAs are met consistently, and earn satisfaction from our business clients.
• Responsible for payment inquiries rate analysis and reduction with the aim to improve end user payment experiences.
• Be proactive in proposing process and tool enhancement to help the team achieve better efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Down to earth, result oriented and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proven skills in cross-team cooperation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance or economics related majors.
• 3-5 years working experience in the operation, project implementation or customer service team of payment institutions is preferred.
