Jawatan Kosong Site Admin in Bayan Lepas

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper filing of workers' personnel files and upload them to the server according to ISO 9001 standards.
  • Brief new workers and prepare necessary documents, including for bank account opening.
  • Provide workers with PDPA, NDA, and COI acknowledgment forms, and mark test questions if required.
  • Ensure workers' overtime and working hours do not exceed 60 hours per week.
  • Monitor workers' attendance, compile reports for customer approval before payroll.
  • Maintain and update workers' leave records (AL/MC/UPL, etc.).
  • Serve as the liaison between Osadi and the customer for workers’ issues.
  • Regularly engage with workers to listen and solve their problems quickly.
  • Communicate any changes or extensions to employment contracts to workers.
  • Ensure workers complete exit interview forms upon resignation.
  • Brief workers on Warning Letters and report to HR for acknowledgment.
  • Notify HR for termination and end contract letters, brief workers, and obtain acknowledgment.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying and filing as per ISO standards, and other ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Support recruitment activities when needed by customers.

Requirement:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin will be advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to travel to site with own transport when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
