The Job

The incumbent is responsible for leading the retail operation team to achieve business excellence in their daily operation. The job includes the managing of stock turnover, staffing, merchandise display, store room, sales through and marketing strategies to achieve business excellence.

Requirements

▪ Degree or Diploma in any disciplines and with appropriate skills and experience in relation to the tasks above, preferably from retail fashion, hospitality, logistic, service oriented industry.

▪ Possess strong problem-solving, organization and leadership skills.

▪ Good knowledge on retailing and customer-oriented tasks.

▪ Possess intermediate skill in spreadsheet.

▪ Ability to achieve sales target, to prioritize and a keen eye for detail.

▪ Reliability, team-spirit, service oriented and initiative in the execution of the assigned work.

▪ Possess own vehicle and able to work shift hours.
