Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting the daily routine of the clinic, showcasing patient interactions, dental procedures, and behind-the-scenes activities. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about content creation, has a strong eye for detail, and knows how to create engaging, high-quality videos that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Document Daily Clinic Activities: Capture engaging and informative video content of the clinic's daily routine, including patient interactions (with consent), dental treatments, and staff activities.

- Video Creation & Editing: Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, ensuring it aligns with the clinic’s brand and appeals to the target audience.

- Content Ideation: Continuously brainstorm and propose new video content ideas that promote our services and enhance our social media presence.

- Social Media Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) that drives engagement and conversions.

- Maintain Consistent Branding: Ensure all content follows the clinic’s branding guidelines and presents a professional, gentle, and caring image.

- Patient Consent & Privacy: Manage patient consent forms for video and photo content, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on content trends in the dental industry and apply them to enhance the clinic’s visibility and brand recognition.

- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with dentists, dental assistants, and the front office to create educational and promotional content.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a content creator, videographer, or similar role.

- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content formats.

- Ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content that converts and engages the audience.

- Creativity and strong storytelling skills, with the ability to turn daily clinic activities into compelling content.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
