Jawatan Kosong Operations & Customer Support Admin in Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Experience Executive to support our daily app operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Operations

  • Manage backend system (orders, pricing, listings)
  • Monitor daily transactions and ensure accuracy
  • Troubleshoot basic system issues

Customer Experience

  • Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, email & social media
  • Resolve complaints, refunds, and service issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Social Media & Engagement

  • Create & schedule posts
  • Reply to messages and comments
  • Support promotions & campaigns

Reporting & Admin

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports
  • Track issues and suggest improvements
  • Maintain proper documentation

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using digital platforms, apps, and basic tech tools
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in social media management is an added advantage
