Job Summary: A retail pharmacist is responsible for dispensing prescription medications to customers, offering expertise in the safe use of prescriptions, and providing clinical services to enhance patient care. This role involves managing pharmacy operations, maintaining inventory, business development, budget management skills, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Medication Dispensing:

• Medication Dispensing:
• Accurately dispense prescribed medications to patients.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and legality.
• Counsel patients on the proper use of medications, including dosage, side effects, and storage.

2. Budget Management:

• · Prepare budget planning for pharmacy.
• · Monitoring budget allocation and utilization.
• · Generate data and update into report for budget allocation and utilization.
• · Budget adjustment based on planning.
• Patient Care:
• · Provide advice on over-the-counter medications and health products.
• · Conduct health and wellness screenings.
• · Administer immunizations as per state regulations.
• · Identify the resources (personnel, equipment, materials) needed to complete the project.
• · Identify potential risks, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies.

4. Project Development:
