We are currently seeking a dedicated and competent Doctor Resident to join our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and clinical assessments, including detailed history taking, physical examinations, and evaluation of presenting symptoms, under appropriate supervision.
• Assist in clinical diagnosis and formulation of treatment plans by applying evidence-based medical practices in accordance with established protocols and guidance from supervising physicians or consultants.
• Monitor patient progress through follow-up consultations, ensuring timely evaluation of treatment outcomes and effective communication of clinical updates.
• Perform minor surgical procedures and clinical interventions within scope of competency, ensuring adherence to SOPs and patient safety standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory and institutional requirements.
• Prescribe medications and initiate treatment plans under supervision, ensuring safe and appropriate use aligned with clinical guidelines.
• Provide patient education and counselling on diagnosis, treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care and efficient clinic operations.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) for housemanship.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Resident Doctor.
• Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure clinical environment.
• Professional, ethical, and committed to patient confidentiality.
• Basic computer literacy (clinic systems, email, data entry).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts.
