Jawatan Kosong Safety Supervisor in Labuan

Description

• Assist on HSE Promotional programand enforcement, including in scopeof Fire, Safety, OccupationalHealth, and Industrial Hygiene
• PTW applicant for HSE task andJHA reviewer.
• Leading safety teams and initiativesfor contractors at site, motivatingstaff and contractor to prioritizesafety, and fostering a culture ofaccountability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborating with otherdepartments (HR, CCA, OPN.Maintenance, TSD) to integratesafety into all aspects of ourorganization.
• Employee Engagement:Encouraging employee involvementin safety programs and fostering anenvironment where staff feelcomfortable reporting safetyconcerns.
• Monitoring Operations: Observingwork activities to ensure safepractices are being followed andintervening when necessary.
• Monitoring Compliance: Ensuringthat safety regulations andcompany policies are followed.
• Conducting Inspections: Regularlyinspecting the workplace forpotential hazards andrecommending improvements
• Monitoring and tracking of closureUAUC and FLA findings
• Continuous Improvement:Promoting a culture of continuousimprovement in safety practices,using feedback and data toenhance programs at Plant 1 andPlant 2.
• Environmental Safety: Monitoringfor environmental hazards,ensuring waste disposal practices comply with regulations, and promoting sustainable practices.
• PPE Compliance: Ensuring that all workers are using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and that it is in good condition as per SIRIM DOSH standard.

Requirement

• At least 3 years' experience in as Safety Officer in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical turnaround, construction, or maintenance.
• Experienced as a Safety & Health Officer in at least 3 major turnarounds.
• NIOSH certified Qualified Safety & Health Officer (SHO).
• Registered with DOSH (proof to be submitted)
• Degree or Diploma in relevant field

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM99,999.00 per month
