Position: Beauty Consultant

Location : Watson KTCC Mall , Rimba Square , Gong Badak , Paya Bunga Square , Mayang Mall , Kuala Terengganu & Mydin Kuala Terengganu .

Job Purpose:

To provide expert advice, personalized beauty consultations, and excellent customer service to clients while promoting and selling beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products. A Beauty Consultant plays a key role in enhancing the customer’s shopping experience and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers warmly, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
• Provide professional advice on skincare, cosmetics, fragrances, and overall beauty routines.
• Conduct product demonstrations, makeovers, and consultations to showcase product benefits.
• Educate customers on proper usage of products to achieve desired results.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and fully stocked.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming and professional appearance.
• Support promotional campaigns, events, and in-store marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, approachable, and sales-driven.
• Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Skills:

• Product knowledge in skincare, cosmetics, and beauty.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform makeovers and beauty demonstrations.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
