- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is essential.

- Three (3) years Working Experience with operation and maintenance in building. (Familiar with Mechanical Asset)

Interpersonal and Communication Skills:

• Team Collaboration: Working effectively with maintenance staff, contractors, and other facility management professionals.
• Client Communication: Clear communication with building occupants and stakeholders regarding system operations and maintenance schedules.
