Jawatan Kosong Customer Support Specialist in Petaling Jaya

Location:

Menara Dana 13, Ara Damansara (Nearby LRT Ara Damansara station)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handing phone calls, email and live chat
• Assist customer inquiries
• Respond and manage customer feedback and complaints accordingly.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above
• Required language(s): Fluent in English or Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – No experience needed!
• Training will be provided
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Working Hours:

• Monday to Sunday (5 days work & 2 days off on rotation)
• 9 hours working (inclusive 1 hour break)
• Mon to Fri - 7:30am to 6pm
• Sat & Sun - 8:00am to 5:00pm

Salary Package:

• Basic salary is RM2,000 - RM2,200
• Additional Allowance : Up to RM500

Job Types:

• Contracts (24 months)

Additional Benefit:

• Retention Bonus RM1500
