Jawatan Kosong Durian Orchard Supervisor/Agronomist in Kuantan

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Durian Orchard Supervisor to join our team. We are a growing Durian Plantation company. The candidate should have strong understanding and knowledge in Durian operations. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the existing manager in planning, developing, and executing the overall operations of the durian orchards.
• Quickly address issues related to problematic durian trees within the assigned area.
• Supervise, lead, and train orchard staff, ensuring adherence to best practices, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Oversee daily orchard activities, including irrigation, fertilization, harvesting, and managing pest, disease, or soil-related issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide regular communication and reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the agriculture industry, specifically in Durian or orchard management.
• Willing to travel, live, and work in a plantation environment.
• Ability to work during weekends and public holidays when necessary.
• Capable of effectively communicating with and motivating staff and the labor force.
• Able to plan and implement work schedules to meet targets and goals.
• Proficiency in verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
