• Mempunyai pengalaman dalam kerja-kerja handyman seperti minor water proofing, pembaikan paip-paip kecil dan lain-lain kerja sivil melibatkan handyman.
• Memiliki lesen memandu kereta.
• Keutamaan kepada yang tidak merokok serta disiplin kerja yang baik

Skop kerja adalah seperti berikut:-

1) Memastikan kerja-kerja penyelenggaran dan pembaikan elektrik seperti wiring, lampu dan peralatan berada dalam keadaan baik dan selenggaraan.

2) Memantau kerja-kerja kontraktor dan service providers.

3) Memeriksa pam-pam supaya berjalan dengan lancar dan sekiranya rosak, dilaporkan kepada pengurus bangunan bagi mendapatkan kontraktor pemulihan.

4) Melakukan kerja-kerja penyelenggaran yang diberikan oleh Pengurus.

5) Melakukan rondaan di dalam bangunan bagi mencari kerosakan-kerosakan dan pembaikpulihan.

6) Memastikan aduan kakitangan di periksa dan dibaiki jika kerosakan minor atau dirujuk kepada Pengurus untuk kerosakan major.

7) Membantu melakukan kerja-keraja pembelian peralatan / barangan asas komponen penyelenggaraan bangunan apabila diminta.

8) Dan apa-apa kerja yang berada di dalam skop technician bangunan termasuklah membaikpulih kerja-kerja am seperti kebocoran paip kecil dan touch up kerja-kerja cat dan sebagainya.
