Jawatan Kosong Account Executive in Kuala Lumpur

URGENT HIRING

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Account/Finance practices, excellent communication skills, attention to details and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:

• Generate invoices, credit notes when needed.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

Financial Reporting:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, such as income statements, P&L and balance sheet

Cash Flow Management:

• Assisting in updating fund received from customers for weekly cashflow.

Client Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding financial matters.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Auditing Support:

• Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Address auditor inquiries and assist in resolving any issues identified during the audit.

Others:

• Maintain proper filing documentation
• Adhoc task when necessary

Education:

• Diploma/ Degree in Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or if any in similar field.

Work Experience:

• At least 1-2 years professional working experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skill:

• Good in English speaking & writing skills.
• Microsoft Office and Power Point Presentation skills.
• Strong financial analytical and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
