As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence.
• Establish, cultivate, and manage positive business relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and create tailored business solutions to meet client needs.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, negotiations, and deal closures within our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales, operations, and procurement teams to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time.
• Provide strategic insights and reports to management on market trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for product and service expansion.
• Represent EnaTechHub at industry events, fostering networks that support business growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and uncover new opportunities for business development.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in business development, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or related roles.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Digitally savvy with experience in CRM tools and business analytics.
• Strong command of the English language
• Must be able to speak Mandarin - those who can't will be disregarded
• Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive results.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Must be residing in Johor.

Base wage plus monthly commissions
