Job Responsibilities:

• Present the company's package and services to potential clients using provided sales leads (no sales required).
• Research the background of client companies to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, facilitating the proposal of appropriate business solutions.
• Responsible for client sales contract and agreement preparation and documentation, including update the account status.
• Coordinate closely and follow up diligently with potential clients to ensure effective communication and engagement.
• Manage the scheduling of sales appointments, meetings, and engagements to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and gather reports, proposals, and presentation materials for overall business development and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current industry trends.
• Attend any special assignment and ad-hoc duties as and when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good command of written & spoken in English.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin clients.
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
• Good problem solving skills, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
