Jawatan Kosong Admin Assistant in Kamunting

Responsibilities :

• Perform data entry of daily production output, machine downtime & material usage
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly & monthly reports for the molding department
• Manage document filing, scanning & record-keeping
• Assist in preparing production documents such as job sheets, checklists & labels
• Handle general administrative tasks such as stationery request, PPE, photocopying & correspondence
• Maintain attendance records and overtime forms for production staff
• Assist in stock inventory updates and requisition forms
• Ensure all records comply with ISO / company documentation standards
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Dept Head

Requirement / Qualification :

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of production or manufacturing environment is an added advantage
• Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by superior

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
