Mengurus operasi harian restoran (opening hingga closing).
Menjaga kelajuan servis, ketepatan pesanan & kepuasan pelanggan.
Memantau stok, melakukan pesanan & kawal pembaziran.
Memimpin, melatih & memantau prestasi staf.
Memastikan kualiti makanan konsisten mengikut SOP.
Mengurus aduan pelanggan dengan bijak & profesional.
Menyediakan laporan jualan, stok dan kehadiran staf setiap hari.
Memastikan kebersihan, keselamatan makanan & standard KKM.

Berpengalaman dalam industri restoran/F&B satu kelebihan besar.
Mempunyai kemahiran kepimpinan & boleh bekerja bawah tekanan.
Rajin, jujur, berdisiplin & tegas dalam mengurus staf.
Boleh bekerja hujung minggu, cuti umum atau waktu puncak.
