• Record and update daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts).
• Maintain accurate ledgers, cash book, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Issue invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts.
• Update and reconcile bank statements with company records.
• Handle petty cash and staff claims.
• Assist in preparing trial balances and monthly financial reports.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents for audit and compliance purposes.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other departments regarding payments and billings.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
