Job Description :

• Responsible of performing administrative duties and clerical works;
• Ensure proper filing of all the documents;
• Assist in monitoring to ensure office tidiness and cleanliness of company premises;
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Knowledge & Skills :

• Minimum diploma in business administration, management or other related discipline.
• At least 2 years of working experience in administrative role is required.
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Possess pleasant personality with mature disposition and good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of verbal English and BM, Mandarin is an advantage.
• Computer literate
