Join our team at Menara Kuantan 188 and be part of a unique dining and tourism experience! We’re hiring enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to support our F&B operations and event functions.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum SPM or SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) in F&B / Culinary / Hospitality.
• Experience in F&B service, café/restaurant, or hotel is an advantage.
• Basic barista skills (coffee preparation) will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates / school leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Skills

• Friendly and good communication with guests.
• Able to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable standing long hours.
• Basic knowledge in food handling and hygiene is a plus.

Main Duties

• Serve food and beverages to customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Assist in table setup, clearing, and cleaning.
• Support in kitchen or event preparation when required.
