Jawatan Kosong Sales Executive/Manager in Kuala Lumpur

Job Description:

Are you someone who enjoys connecting with others and building relationships? If you are a driven and self-motivated individual with experience in sales, we have a great opportunity for you!

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Sales Executive/Manager to join our energetic and growing Sales Team at ATG Nexus Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of Ancom Nylex Berhad). You will play a crucial role in aggressively building up business development activities, discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities for product and territory assigned by researching, prospecting & and engaging clients through cold calling, networking & social media
  • Derive and execute the marketing plan, either in-house or with product principles/business partners to drive business growth
  • Sells solutions and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and clients; and recommending innovative and practical solutions
  • Manages and drives the sales cycle from territory management, pipeline management, prospecting, sales opportunity development, solution positioning, account management, and closing the sales opportunity to meet sales target
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending business and technical improvements to the clients
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities & competitors
  • Prepares and delivers sales reports on a timely basis including forecasts, opportunity and account plans, quotations, and presentations
  • Drives and manages the presales support team toward closing the sales including business partners
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle customer complaints or objections

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years experience as Sales Executive/Manager with an IT solutions vendor, with a proven track record of meeting/overachieving sales targets
  • Local candidate will be given priority
  • Has successfully sold enterprise-scale analytical, business intelligence, and/or data warehouse applications, enterprise data management/data integration/data quality management solutions, or Data Lake applications
  • Or with a strong track record in selling enterprise-scale software such as ERP, CRM, BPM/EPM, or industry-specific business applications (Insurance, Banking/Financial etc) are encouraged to apply
  • With prior customers in manufacturing, financial services & distribution sectors
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Well-versed in Solution-selling methodology and MS Office apps
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner, energetic with a positive attitude and passion for selling and closing deals
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Strong organizational skills to work in a team environment
  • Minimum of Diploma holder in related field
