The Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Consultant Recruiter to support hiring managers in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Singapore by sourcing top talent and meeting strategic growth objectives across the region. The Consultant Recruiter will work closely with hiring teams, advising on recruitment best practices, delivering essential market data, and building a strong candidate pipeline.

What you will be working on:
Talent Acquisition Support:

Strategic Sourcing & ATS Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies for each market, focusing on quality and fit. Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently, ensuring seamless tracking, communication, and status updates across all stages of recruitment.

Salary Benchmarking & Data Insights: Provide hiring managers with up-to-date salary benchmarking and data-driven insights on market standards to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages.

Talent Pool Development: Proactively build and maintain candidate pools for critical roles, identifying top talent to meet current and future hiring needs efficiently.

Market Data Delivery: Regularly deliver regional market data on hiring trends, role-specific availability, and skill gaps across Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Singapore to guide recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

Market Mapping:

Conduct in-depth market research to map potential talent across key industries, building a robust pipeline and keeping the team informed on competitive trends.

Knowledge Sharing:

Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to promote HR and recruitment best practices within the team. Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and share insights that enhance the hiring process and candidate experience.

Office Presence:

Collaborate with the team in person by working from the Kuala Lumpur office once a week, supporting team alignment, strategy development, and fostering a cohesive work environment.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in recruiting across Southeast Asia, with a deep understanding of talent landscapes in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Singapore.
  • Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, keeping processes organized and efficient.
  • Strong in salary benchmarking and providing market insights to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Proactive about building and maintaining candidate pools, ensuring a ready pipeline of talent for current and future roles.
  • Passionate about knowledge sharing and best practices, with a collaborative approach to improving recruitment strategies.
  • Flexible and self-motivated, able to work independently while engaging with the team in the Kuala Lumpur office once a week.
