Muara Steamboat & Grill (di Senibong Cove) sedang mencari seorang Crew Front of House yang berbakat dan berkarisma. Jika anda berpengalaman dalam industri perkhidmatan makanan dan mempunyai sikap yang mesra serta profesional, kami mahu anda!

Kriteria:

• Berumur 21 tahun ke atas
• Mempunyai pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun dalam industri F&B
• Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris
• Mempunyai sikap kepimpinan yang tinggi dan mampu menguruskan pasukan
• Mesra, peramah dan berpenampilan kemas
• Mampu bekerja dalam tekanan dan menguruskan aduan pelanggan dengan baik

Tugas dan Tanggungjawab:

• Menyelia operasi harian di restoran
• Menguruskan dan melatih staf hadapan rumah
• Menyambut dan melayan pelanggan dengan mesra dan profesional
• Memastikan kualiti perkhidmatan dan makanan sentiasa terbaik
• Menangani aduan pelanggan dengan bijak dan efektif
• Bekerjasama dengan pengurusan untuk meningkatkan prestasi restoran
