- Coordinate daily site activities and communicate professionally with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors

- Maintain comprehensive and meticulous project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and correspondence

- Organize and meticulously maintain digital and physical filing systems for construction records and submittals

- Provide exceptional administrative support to the project team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and processing invoices
