Ini adalah peranan praktikal yang memerlukan kemahiran teknikal, kebolehan menyelesaikan masalah, dan komitmen untuk memberikan perkhidmatan yang cemerlang. Juruteknik akan menjalankan penyelenggaraan rutin, menyelesaikan kerosakan, mengisi stok, melatih pengguna, dan tersedia untuk perkhidmatan panggilan. I. Penyelenggaraan dan Pembaikan:
