• Supervise and lead a team of automotive technicians and mechanics.
• Allocate repair and service jobs based on skill level, workload, and urgency.
• Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure quality and compliance with Proton standards.
• Assist technicians in diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults.
• Liaise with service advisors to understand customer complaints and service requirements.
• Ensure all repair work is completed within promised timeframes.
• Conduct final quality control checks before vehicle delivery to customers.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Monitor the use of tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration.
• Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report any recurring vehicle issues to technical support or engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate job records and assist with warranty claim processing.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technical training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
